Rami Williams

I have worked with NLLG for seven years. I have over 30 years of experience in customer care and advocacy services. Previously worked in the funeral business as a Family Services Counselor and before that, with Brookdale Living, as an overnight concierge and security for a retirement and assisted living community. As a young Navy wife, I became adaptable to moving and embracing change, as well as diverse people and shared experiences. I love people and want to assure them that they are not alone in their struggles. I am honored to work with such a beautiful and unique group of individuals, all striving for the same goal. Service to others brings a sense of purpose to my life.

I grew up in Enid, OK. However, I have lived in eight different places. I have three adult children, all raised in Central Texas and now living with their own families, one in Nebraska, one in Colorado, and one in Texas. So, traveling has become part of my fabric. I am passionate about my grandkids and will always plan most of my trips around seeing them.
