Hope Bryant
Director of Business Litigation
Hope Bryant is Director of Business Litigation at National Litigation Law Group. Hope was born and raised in Oklahoma. She graduated with honors from Barnard College, Columbia University in New York City, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. She received her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in Norman, Oklahoma. The summer prior to graduating college, Hope was a Research Intern for the FBI Academy, Investigative Training Unit in Quantico, Virginia, and held a Top Security Clearance. While attending law school, Hope worked as an intern at the Oklahoma County District Attorney’s Office and was a member of the Oklahoma Journal of Law and Technology. During her second year of law school, Hope received the 2L Pro Bono Student of the Year Award. After graduating college, but before attending law school, Hope attended the Tuck Business Bridge Program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, a highly selective program that provided a rigorous introduction to accounting, finance, managerial economics, marketing, and strategy through coursework taught by MBA faculty.
Prior to joining NLLG, Hope spent more than a decade practicing criminal law, primarily as a prosecutor for the State of Oklahoma. Hope served for many years as an Assistant District Attorney in the Garfield County Oklahoma District Attorney’s Office, where she prosecuted a variety of crimes including violent crimes, firearm offenses, drug crimes, driving under the influence, juvenile delinquent cases, Youthful Offender cases, property and white-collar felonies, public corruption, elder abuse and exploitation cases, domestic violence, sexual assault, crimes against children, manslaughter, and murder, as well as serving as the Team Leader overseeing all the Special Victims cases.
In addition to her work as an Assistant District Attorney, Hope has served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Consumer Protection Unit of the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office, responsible for prosecuting criminal violations of the Oklahoma Consumer Protection Act, and as an Assistant Public Defender in the Tulsa County Oklahoma Public Defender’s Office, where she represented indigent clients in criminal felony cases throughout the entire criminal process.
Hope is an experienced trial attorney who has conducted numerous jury trials and bench trials, as well as contested motions and other hearings in a variety of cases and in diverse and difficult situations. Furthermore, Hope has litigated numerous highly complex cases which require relentless attention to detail.
Hope is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association in good standing, licensed to practice law in Oklahoma since 2010. She is admitted to the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
