Adrienne Burden

Adrienne Burden, CPA serves as Chief Financial Officer at National Litigation Law Group, where she provides executive financial leadership across the firm’s operations. She works closely with firm leadership on financial strategy, financial reporting, cash flow management, and long-term planning.

Adrienne brings more than 20 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with a strong foundation in controllership and financial operations. Her background includes leading month-end close and financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, payroll and benefits oversight, and the implementation of sound financial processes to support accurate, timely decision-making, including experience supporting a publicly traded company.

Adrienne previously served as Director of Finance at National Litigation Law Group from 2017 to 2021 and later returned to the firm in an executive financial leadership role. She has also served as Chief Financial Officer of Oklahoma City Ballet, an experience she considers among the most meaningful of her career. In addition to her role at NLLG, Adrienne operates an independent accounting and advisory practice.

Adrienne is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Oklahoma City University.
